Dr. Anthony Douglas II, MD
Dr. Douglas is a resident physican at the University of Chicago Hospital while also working towards his Master's in Public Health. In the operating room, Dr. Douglas sees first-hand the effects of gun violence in Chicago which drives him to efforts that can help reduce the violence. In his free time you can find him advocating for improved health care policy and working with victims of gun violence.

Emma Noelke, M.Ed
Emma holds Bachelors degrees in African American Studies and Education and has a Master's in Urban Elementary Education from Johns Hopkins. She has been an educator in Baltimore City and Chicago with experience teaching grades Kindergarten through high school. Emma believes that access to quality education is both life-changing and life-saving and is dedicated to ensuring that Chicago youth have the access to education they deserve.
